Adam’s Mark Hotel & Conference Center, Kansas City, MO Guest Room Rates: KCRPE has rooms reserved at the hotel. A special KCRPE room rate will be provided. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel. The Exposition rate is $93.00 + $1.50 (Development Fee) + 15.85% (Kansas City, Missouri tourism tax). Sales and other taxes may apply. To qualify for this rate, you MUST identify yourself as a participant in the Kansas City Regional Procurement Exposition. group code KPE. Hotel registration deadline is September 30, 2016.

The Kansas City Regional Procurement Exposition, or KCRPE, is a biannual three-day conference that attracts an estimated 150 public procurement professionals from Kansas, Missouri, and the surrounding states. The conference is dedicated to training, networking, and one of the best vendor expositions in the area.
It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2016 KCRPE Vendor Exposition. The vendor exposition will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016, the second day of the conference, between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet and identify new agencies, build new customer relationships and cultivate old ones.
Delegates and vendors will receive a program book that will include a list of the exhibiting vendors and registered delegates. Please be sure to complete all sections of the online registration/contract to ensure your company’s information will be listed in the program book.
All vendor registrations must be completed by Friday, September 23, 2016. Register early. There is a limited number of booths, and they sell out quickly.

Setup: Thursday, October 6, 2016, 8:00 AM – 12:00 NOON
Expo: Thursday, October 6, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Booth consists of:
One (1) exhibitor signage
One (1) 6’ skirted table, 6’ x 30”, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket
Tables are open; there will be no pipe and drape separation.
Any custom booth display MUST fit within the 8’ x 8’ spaces.
Wireless Internet is included in booth fee
Electrical hook-ups are at an additional charge of $35.00 per connection. Electrical requirements must be noted at the time of registration and will be furnished through the Adam’s Mark.
Invitation to Exhibit
DOOR PRIZES ARE ENCOURAGED:
All delegates will be given the opportunity to register for door
prizes from exhibitors. Delegates must be present to win.
If you have anything that you would like to donate as prizes for our delegates, please complete the Door Prize Donation Form.
BOOTH SELECTION: Booth selection will be mapped out on a “first come, first served” basis. Those suppliers that are members of a national cooperative contract such as U. S. Communities, National IPA, NJPA, or NASPO will have special cooperative signage. Please see the separate attachment of the Adams Mark Grand Ballroom. Please provide the table number of your preference. If no table number is provided, the KCRPE committee will assign your table.
Vendor participants receive a complimentary admission to the Delegate/Vendor Social Mixer on Thursday, October 6, 2016, from 5:00 p.m.—6:30 p.m.
Food or drink samples: The Adams Mark Hotel has requested that any vendor providing food or drink samples be identified in advance. Please describe in the space indicated on the registration form any food or drink samples that you plan to distribute. All vendors must sign the Adam’s Mark Release of Liability form (separate attachment). The Adam’s Mark prohibits outside alcohol being provided by vendors.
Storage: Please make sure if you are shipping packages to the hotel that they are labeled KCRPE Vendor Expo, October 6, 2016. We suggest that you ship them to arrive no more than three (3) business days prior to your scheduled event. Please have all packages clearly labeled with your name, the name of your event/group, date of your event, and your Event Manager’s name. There will be no storage charge for up to three (3) 25 lb. boxes; however, vendor will need to make arrangements directly with the hotel, (816) 737-0200 for shipments over this limit. Storage for shipped boxes will be based upon space availability.
Exposition Rules and Regulations: By submitting your online registration, you are agreeing to the 2016 KCRPE rules and regulations as outlined in this document and provided on the event’s webpage. All rules and regulations of the 2016 Kansas City Regional Procurement Exposition will be accepted by you and made part of the online contract. By registering you agree to comply with the rules and regulations, taking the space for display purposes under the terms and upon the conditions set forth in said rules and regulations. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the Exposition. If you (the Exhibitor) fail to attend the Exposition without providing the cancellation notice, the entire booth cost will still be owed to Kansas City Regional Procurement Exposition.
